Cypress Hollow Flagstone
Attention outdoor surface installers. We have some of largest flagstone pieces in the eastern United States. If you are in need of large flagstone slabs 4-6 feet in diameter (irregular) we have them. Due to the nature of our quarry and equipment, we are able to pull out these larger pieces. They work great for laying on a crushed limestone base spaced apart. Then go back and fill in the gaps with more traditional smaller pieces. The larger slabs are typically 3 inches thick and tough. Our thinner 1.5″-2″ thick flag is also amazing. The local color ranges here vary greatly so give our team a call to see what is currently available at the quarry. Always give us 10 days to prepare a complete flagstone order.
Product Details
The photos below are 100% our stone. So that gives you some idea of what is possible. The popular thing right now is dry laid flagstone on a 6-8″ thick compacted crushed limestone base. Utilize a quality chisel set and diamond blade…you can piece this stuff together tightly then fill the joints with polymeric joint sand. There is no comparison between concrete pavers and natural flagstone. It may take a bit longer labor wise, but the end product is worth it. Our flagstone works great for “wet-laid” concrete applications as well. You can even veneer it on vertical walls. Our flagstone offers endless possibilities.
